Welcome to Costermano sul Garda
A member of Europlan Residence

The spectacular view of Lake Garda is the absolute highlight of Residence La Filanda, a magnificent architectural complex rich in history in a dream location on the Olive Riviera in Costermano sul Garda.

Once a modern silk-spinning mill, today La Filanda is a holiday complex of 27 apartments, surrounded by a large park of 15,000 m2 planted with olive trees, oleanders, pines and roses, which enhance the charm of the porticoes, vaults and ancient walls. You will find a romantic and poetic setting where your four-legged friends are welcome, too! The residence features a big swimming pool and a kid`s pool in a panoramic position, provided with sun loungers, sun umbrellas and bar service.
La Filanda is located in the heart of Costermano, just a stone’s throw from a small mall with shops and a supermarket. Scenic trails for hikes and cycling tours are nearby, and by car you can quickly reach the lake and visit the picturesque towns of Garda, Bardolino, Lazise and Torri del Benaco.
